Through the sacrament of Holy Orders, the mission entrusted by Christ to his apostles continues to be exercised in the Church until the end of time. This is the sacrament of apostolic ministry, to build up and sanctify the Church.

Nativity of Our Lord Parish is grateful for the services of those who have been ordained to the Order of the Priesthood, Fr. John Harper and Deacon Mike Schmidt who serves the parish community in the order of the Diaconate. By ancient tradition the sacrament of Holy Orders can only be conferred by a bishop.
